What is your refund policy?
We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo/description as given on the site.

What is your refund procedure?
The customer/buyer has to get back to our customer care through phone/email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. We will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between the Sell/Vendor and the customer. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case thye are  claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The return shipping to seller for the product will be done by the customer.

What if the product comes broken on arrival?
In case you receive a damaged product, notify us by mailing with the close up images of the product and the details of damage. If we found the product was damaged during shipping, we will replace the product with another piece of the same product. In this case product must returned  and all returning expenses to be borne by the customer.

We offer a 7 days return policy under which you can return the product if your expectations do not meet. After the time expires, no returns will be accepted.
